Our Barn has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 + cot) with 2 ensuite bathrooms and large open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area, all finished to a high standard and with top quality fittings and appliances, to make your holiday a happy one!

The Barn is a thatched Grade II listed building with lots of character and some low beams in the bedrooms and bathrooms of 190cm, upstairs the roof height is 2.2m.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion. All Prices are per week and include towels,heating, hot water, kitchen and bed linen.  Dogs are welcome (terms apply) at a small charge of £35.

A damage/security deposit will be payable.

Long weekends and mid week short breaks are available  – please call for further details and pricing.

Weeks generally run from Friday to Friday, weekend breaks are Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

Christmas and New Year flexible start options available to first guest to book.

Our beautiful thatched cottage, with its own private secure garden and play area, is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty a couple of minutes walk from the golden sandy beach of Putsborough Sands.

Our Grade II listed Cottage has 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed and 1 bathroom – sleeps 5 plus cot.

Our lovely listed cottage is full of character with lots of original features like flagstone floors, beamed ceilings and wood burner. It has been well equipped and fully refurbished is a country style which compliments the character of the cottage.

The entrance leads to the large lounge and dining area on one side and the kitchen on the other (a step down) and there is a guest cloakroom off.  The large lounge is very comfortable with two leather sofas (one a sofa bed) and a log burner in the fireplace with lovely aspects over the adjoining gardens and a dining area with table and seating for 6. (TV and DVD player and freeview channels, full SkyTV package ).  A beautifully appointed kitchen with Neff appliances and granite work surfaces also have a south facing window overlooking garden. The downstairs bathroom is finished in green slate with a spa bath and shower over.

Upstairs two cosy bedrooms overlook the gardens, one with a super kingsize bed, dressing table, wardrobe and TV, the other with either two singles or a zip and link super king bed and a large chest of drawers .

The garden is peaceful, with childrens play area and use of a private tennis court, a bbq and sheltered seating area completes the picture and gives you a great place to holiday and chill out after a busy day on the beach a few hundred yards away.

Tennis court on site, Private enclosed garden and patio with table and chairs for 6, Gas BBQ, Climbing frame, Swing set.  Parking (2), dog friendly. Bicycles available to hire locally.
